Layoffs Looming - Next Job!

Well, our yearly layoffs are almost here. Things just got worse today when we lost the job I was scheduled to work on starting at the end of June.

So - - here's my plan! A Mobile Wood-Fired Pizza. I could do fundraisers, farmers markets, one day a week outside the courthouse in Graham, local fairs, etc. Two people can crank out about 50 pizzas an hour. They make them near Pittsburgh. The following pictures are of one in use in Charleston, SC.

Just a wacko thought!!! But maybe it was wacko to build the one in the backyard - GRIN.
