Topping it off!

On Saturday I poured the top of the worktable. I used Terra Cotta dye in the concrete and it came out looking great! I also baked 5 pizzas. I used a lot less wood than the week before and looks like the right amount is somewhere in teh middle. I know it was over 600 deg but they look quite a while to cook (like over 4 minutes). However they did taste good. Looks like we'll be having the first pizza celebration on Memorial Day.

I was hoping to get the insulation concrete poured before I leave for the middle east on the 5th, but it looks questionable, especially with still having to stain the back deck.
