Pizza Equipment

I ordered some pizza equipment that should be in some time this week. This is called a pizza peel and its used to load, unload and move the pizzas around on the hearth. Maybe first pizzas this weekend!!










This is a picture of the brass oven brush for sweeping the ashes off the surface to bake the pizza and for cleaning out the firebox prior to baking bread and roasts.
