Next Project???

Well, the kitchen is complete and now . . . what to do with my time?? Found a great link in the Forno Bravo (wood-fired-oven site) that linked to a backyard Tandoori Oven. This may be this year's outside project. I can already taste the Chicken Ticka and the hot Naan Bread!!


It wouldn't be nearly the work of the PIzza Oven. I'll just use a huge flower pot from Lowes (upside-down) for the inside and some brick for the outside and vermiculate for the insulation. Plus, it won't take as long to heat up and I can use it for just a few people as well as a crowd. I think I've talked myself into doing it!
